Now that I have finished posting about Disney I can move on to posts about Christmas. We got home from Disney World the day before Christmas Eve and all we did was sleep.
We got up the next morning and it was Christmas Eve. We stayed in our pjs until it was time to go to church. Christmas Eve services were beautiful as always. We sang all of my favorite Christmas songs, had communion and lit candles. The kids really enjoyed it. Gabby kept saying it is Baby Jesus' birthday...so cute! After church we headed to my Tia Sandy's house for a little Christmas Eve Festivities. We ate a traditional Mexican Christmas feast with tamales, beans, rice and lots of yummy desserts. Santa made his appearance and brought lots of goodies for the kids. The kids were so excited to open a few presents that night. After Santa left we all headed home to get some rest for Christmas day.
Christmas morning the kids ran down to our room so excited. They saw all the presents Santa left them under the tree and they couldn't wait to tear into them. It was a great morning of gift opening and eating our favorite breakfast. Then we stayed in our pjs and played with all of our new toys. Later that evening we went to my dad and Sue's house for one more Christmas celebration and more eating.
