Daddy Daughter Dance

Dave and Gabriela went to their first Daddy/Daughter Dance tonight....and it was all Gabriela could talk about all day today. We were not sure if she would be able to go because she had an ear infection Thursday but antibiotics and a little rest and she was good as new.

She was so anxious and couldn't wait to get ready. So when it was finally time to get ready I couldn't do her hair fast enough. I even let her wear a little lip gloss and blush...she was just beaming. Once she was dressed Dave surprised her with a corsage and we headed over to her "best friend" Emma's house to take a few pictures. Dave, Greg, Gabriela and Emma all went out to dinner at Purple Cow before they headed to the dance.

Once she was at the dance Dave said she was able to get her nails done, have marshmallows in a chocolate fountain and of course dance. She danced the Hokey Pokey and the Conga line with friends but danced Have I Told you Lately and a few other slow dances with daddy. She came home tired but wanted to stay up and tell me all about it. What a special night!
